WiseTech Global launches CargoWise Value Packs to simplify logistics
New CargoWise Value Packs reduce costs, add features, and improve AI automation for global logistics providers.;
WiseTech Global has launched its new CargoWise Value Packs, a move set to simplify billing, reduce platform overheads, and expand capabilities for international forwarding, customs, warehousing, and land transport. The new model, live from 1 December 2025, replaces the long-standing seat and transaction license system, removing standard hosting costs and seat fees.
The CargoWise Value Packs charge logistics providers per transaction, allowing costs to be passed on to importers or exporters if needed. Each pack is tailored for forwarding, customs, warehousing, or land transport and includes a comprehensive all-in-one transaction fee per logistics job, such as shipments, customs declarations, land transport movements, or warehouse orders.
The CargoWise Value offer more than 216 high-value modules and functions for logistics providers and over 116 new capabilities for importers, exporters, and international traders. Key features include an expanded CargoWise Neo, Supply Chain Management tools from the e2open suite, and full access to AI-powered automation such as the AI workflow and management engines, AI Classification Assistant, ComplianceWise, and the AI CargoWise Expert chatbot.
WiseTech is also offering free training and certification through the WiseTech Academy for all CargoWise Value Pack customers, including logistics industry certifications and business, operational, and management courses.
Richard White, WiseTech Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, said the new packs would transform logistics by improving automation, reducing labour, and boosting productivity for operational staff. CEO Zubin Appoo added that the release reflects WiseTech’s commitment to innovation, digitalisation, and delivering ongoing value to customers, with more capabilities to be added over time.
