Air Senegal extends GSSA agreement with APG in Ghana, Morocco, Nigeria

Air Senegal has extended its general sales and service agent (GSSA) contract with APG in Ghana, Morocco, and Nigeria.

The aircraft expected to fly to cities like Lagos, London, and Geneva will begin to join the carrier’s fleet by 2021, to be delivered two per year by Airbus.

October 31, 2019: Air Senegal has extended its general sales and service agent (GSSA) contract with APG in Ghana, Morocco, and Nigeria.

APG offices will be providing full sales and marketing activities aimed at significantly growing the airline's revenue in the new markets. 

“Air Senegal is certainly a very young airline but our national airline has a great ambition and a clear vision. This expansion confirms Air Senegal's position as one of the leading airlines in West Africa,” said Assane Sambe, commercial and marketing director of the airline, speaking to African Aerospace.

Air Senegal is the flag carrier of the Republic of Senegal, which is based at Blaise Diagne International Airport in Dakar. Its fleet currently consists of 2 ATR 72-600, 2 A330-900neo with 3 A319s coming soon.
