The Republic of Ghana announced its intent to purchase GEnx-1B engines for its three B787-9 Dreamliners, ordered during Dubai Air Show 2019.

Boeing previously announced at the Dubai Airshow agreements with EGYPTAIR, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad Airways, and Saudi Arabian Airlines.
