Bonang Mohale steps down from ACSA board
Effective July 1, 2019, Bonang Mohale has resigned as a non-executive director of Airports Company South Africa (ACSA). He has now joined as an independent non-executive director at Bidvest Group, a Johannesburg- (JSE) listed company.
July 15, 2019: Effective July 1, 2019, Bonang Mohale has resigned as a non-executive director of Airports Company South Africa (ACSA). He has now joined as an independent non-executive director at Bidvest Group, a Johannesburg- (JSE) listed company.
Mohale was appointed to the board of ACSA with effect from July 1, 2018.
He has held several positions at Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA) as chief executive, chairman of Shell South Africa, CEO of Drake & Scull FM SA, CEO of Sanlam Limited, executive vice president of South African Airways and managing director of Otis, amongst others.
