Renault and Nigeria’s Coscharis partner on assembly plant

July 19, 2019: Groupe Renault had partnered with Nigerian conglomerate Coscharis Group to begin assembly and distribution of Renault vehicles in Nigeria, the French car manufacturer revealed.

"The Coscharis Group is a recognised player in car assembly and distribution," Fabrice Cambolive, Renault senior vice president and chairman of Africa, the Middle East and India Pacific region, noted.

The Coscharis Group plant will begin assembly of the Renault Logan and Renault Duster vehicles in October.

The vehicles will be distributed and sold throughout Nigeria.
