The global GSA business is changing fast, and TAM Group is right in the middle of that transformation. During transport logistic and air cargo Southeast Asia, Anindam Choudhury, Vice President – Commercial, shared with Libin Chacko Kurian how the company is expanding, adapting and redefining its role across Asia and beyond.

TAM Group is seeing a surge in Southeast Asia. “Southeast Asia has been one of our key growth engines since the China-plus-one concept came in,” he explained. Their Philippines operation alone now represents five online carriers. Predictive analytics, CRM tools and a 24/7 desk support this growth, creating what he calls “a very transparent situation for the carriers.”
