November 21, 2019:  From August-September, Bollore Transport & Logistics Mozambique, supported by the Group’s global network, handled 3,000 tonnes of cargo, transshipped via Kenya. The shipment was carried out for a client in the engineering, procurement, and construction industry.

The cargo was loaded onto a geared landing craft vessel and successfully delivered, on time, to the LNG Afungi site via the shallow water port constraint of Mocimboa da Praia. The sea transportation leg of the heavy-duty containers was conducted over three consecutive voyages, whilst avoiding the road infrastructure constraints of Northern Mozambique.

The operation was conducted within the highest quality, health, safety, and environment management (QHSE) standards.
