Ethiopian Airlines adds 10th B777F to its fleet

Ethiopian Airlines has added 10th B777 freighter to its fleet recently.

Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services is planning the expansion of its Addis Ababa Cargo Terminal-II facility to accommodate 1.2 million tonnes per year.

June 27, 2019: In line with the Vision 2025, Ethiopian Airlines has added 10th B777 freighter to its fleet recently.  The airline has recently taken the delivery of its first B737-800 freighter, the first of its kind in the Ethiopian Cargo fleet mix.

Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services is planning expansion of its Addis Ababa Cargo Terminal-II facility, which opened in July 2018, to accommodate 1.2 million tonnes per year from 350,000 tonnes at present.

Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services serves over 55 international dedicated freighter destinations in 6 continents and over 120 destinations on belly-hold services. 

Africa's largest airline has seen its freighter fleet grow rapidly over the last decade, evolving from two leased MD-11Fs to an inventory of ten new Boeing 777 freighters.
