November 24, 2020: Siginon Aviation has renewed the standard ground handling agreement (SGHA) with Cargolux in its operations at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

The renewal of the SGHA marks a 20-year old business partnership between Siginon Aviation and Cargolux.

Based in Kenya, Siginon Aviation has two cargo centres in JKIA and Eldoret International Airport in Kenya. Meshack Kipturgo, managing director, said, “We are honoured and delighted to celebrate a 20-year milestone with our long-standing customer Cargolux. The renewal is indeed timely and comes at a time when Siginon Aviation has recently acquired ramp handling equipment to satisfy our airline customers such as Cargolux.”

Meshack concludes, “We look forward to continously offer unrivaled excellent service to all our customers delivered by a team that is well trained and equipped to satisfy our customers.”

Siginon Aviation is a member of the IATA Ground handling Council (IGHC), a certified IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operators (ISAGO) and an EU regulated agent (RA3).
