The story behind the A350F’s new look

Airbus has unveiled its first A350F test aircraft, registered F-WXLD, sporting a striking “flying parcel” livery ahead of its first flight.

But the story behind the design is even more interesting.

The livery combines designs from a 12-year-old, a 16-year-old and a 57-year-old graphic designer, selected from more than 4,000 entries in Airbus’ A350F design competition.
